Since our establishment in 1977, we have expanded our business by continued our founding spirit
of “contributing to society by providing the highest quality and more affordable homes” along with a strong
management policy of “being a company that can foresee and
always quickly adapt to any change in the times”.
In fact, we have been working earnestly to address the
issue of improving the "quality" of housing in Japanese society that has moved toward stable growth, and
developed our original I.D.S. construction method, pioneered the introduction of Housing Performance Indication
System and Earthquake Resistance Testing. As a result, we were listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock
Exchange in 2002.
In 2013 Iida Group Holdings
Co., Ltd., the number one single-family home builder in Japan, was established and now we are its core operating
company.
The achievement we have made so far is just a passing phase. Always looking ahead, we are
accelerating our efforts in various new business fields, such as hotel, healthcare and overseas business, with
single-family home business as our foundation. In the healthcare field, in particular, we are committed to
creating new value for future homes and realizing
